Since it is a thick layer that reflects sunlight, acrylic roof coatings are ideal for roofs where there is high high UV exposure. You can choose any color you want, but generally we recommend white, tan, or light grey since these do not absorb the sun’s heat and make your establishment so hot.
Acrylic roofs are not recommended for heavy amounts of rain or foot traffic.

Silicone Roof Coatings
Silicone roof coatings are very durable, thick water-proof layers of a UV resistant material. Silicone roof coatings are best for regions where it is frequently wet. Business owners who get excessive amounts of water pounded on their roof every day love this option.

Urethane Roof Coatings
Urethane and polyurethane roof coatings are high-abraison, UV resistant coatings. Urethane roof coatings are best for commercial roofs in areas that get a lot of hail (like St. Louis and Illinois) or a lot of foot traffic.

Spray foram roof coatings are best for non-flat roofs, although flat roof businesses love this option too! We spray a liquid on your commercial roof and within minutes turns into a foam and begins to expand, sealing every inch.
